本條款適用於 iPost 開發之 azVoxtrans（下稱「本 App」）。下載或使用本 App， 即表示你同意本條款。
我們授予你個人、不可轉讓、非專屬的權利，在你所擁有或控制的裝置上使用本 App。 你不得對本 App 進行還原工程、反編譯，或將其再散布、出租、轉售。
免費版提供即時語音轉文字，以及清除、複製、朗讀與切換語系；單次收音上限為 8 分鐘， 每次收音結束後需先按「清除」才能再次收音。專業版解鎖長錄音與影片的完整轉文字 （不限長度），並提供錄音播放、存檔匯出與檔案導入。
翻譯與調音功能目前仍在開發中，尚未開放使用；未來推出時將另行更新本條款與說明頁。
訂閱可於購買後在裝置的帳戶設定中管理或關閉自動續訂 （iOS：設定 ▸ 你的名字 ▸ 訂閱項目；Android：Google Play ▸ 訂閱）。 在當期結束前取消，仍可使用至該期結束。
所有交易均由 Apple 或 Google 處理，退款依其各自政策辦理，我們無法直接代為退款。
語音辨識與語音合成由裝置端的系統服務提供，結果會受口音、語速、背景噪音、專有名詞與 語言支援程度影響。本 App 不保證辨識結果正確無誤，請勿將其用於醫療、法律、金融或其他 需要精確內容的關鍵用途，未經人工校對前尤其如此。部分語言可能需要先下載離線辨識模型 才能使用；此外，部分系統版本對單次音檔辨識另有長度限制，App 內會於發生時提示。
你的錄音與文字完全屬於你，存放在你的裝置上。我們不會存取、使用或主張任何權利。 你自行負責備份，並確保錄音行為符合你所在地的法律 （例如錄下他人談話時，可能需要事先取得對方同意）。
本 App 以「現狀」提供，不附任何明示或默示的擔保。在法律允許的最大範圍內， iPost 對於使用本 App 所生之任何間接、附帶或衍生損害不負責任， 包括資料遺失。
我們可能不時更新本條款，並修改本頁上方的「最後更新」日期。 更新後繼續使用本 App，即視為接受新版條款。

These terms apply to azVoxtrans (the “App”) by iPost. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, rent, or resell it.
Free vs. Pro. The free version provides live speech-to-text plus clear, copy, read-aloud, and language switching, with a per-session recording limit of 8 minutes (after each session you must tap Clear before recording again). Pro unlocks full-length transcription of long recordings and video, plus playback, export, and file import. Translation and audio tuning are still in development and are not yet available.
Subscriptions and purchases. The monthly plan (NT$150/month) and the annual plan (NT$990/year) are charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. They renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. The lifetime option (NT$1,290) is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and exchange rates. Purchases can be restored on other devices using the same Apple ID or Google account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (iOS: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions; Android: Google Play ▸ Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Accuracy. Speech recognition and synthesis are provided by on-device system services and are affected by accent, speaking rate, background noise, proper nouns, and language support. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or other critical purposes without human review. Some languages may require downloading an offline model first, and some OS versions impose their own length limit on a single imported file; the App reports this when it happens.
Your content is yours and stays on your device; we do not access it or claim any rights to it. You are responsible for your own backups and for ensuring that your recording complies with the laws where you are — recording other people may require their consent.
Disclaimer. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data.
